Digital Product Policy

Personalized Destiny Matrix reports are digital products that begin preparation after payment is confirmed. Because each order moves into the report-generation queue right away, sales are final once the report has been generated and the delivery link has been sent to your email address.

Before Report Generation

If you contact us before your report has been generated, we will issue a full refund. Reports are usually delivered within 1-3 hours of successful payment, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need help before delivery.

Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your report within 24 hours of payment, or if there was a technical error preventing delivery, please contact us. We will investigate and resolve the issue — this may include resending the report to your email or, if delivery cannot be completed, issuing a full refund.

To request a refund or report a delivery issue, email us with the email address you used for your purchase and a brief description of the problem.
